Giving filip

India is emerging as a major market for processed foods as rising incomes and changing lifestyles boost demand. Consumer awareness about food quality and safety is increasing too. In order to give further fillip to the sector, the Union Government has declared 2008-09 as Year of Food Safety and Quality.

The symposium is paired with the opportunity to participate in a hands-on workshop conducted by Dr Beth Ann Crozier-Dodson whose is a global expert in rapid method education.
