Aftek Ltd's board of directors has decided to explore the feasibility of business restructuring including de-merger of potential real estate/infrastructure business. It also decided to seek shareholders' approval at the ensuing AGM for raising resources in international/ domestic markets up to $ 25 million through issue of securities including warrants. - Our Bureau
