Skyline plans villas near Chennai

Skyline Group, Bangalore-based real estate developer, plans to launch a high-end villa project near Chennai by the year-end at an investment of Rs 45 crore.

The project, to be located at Kovalam on the East Coast Road near Chennai, would be developed on eight acres.

There would be 45 villas in the Rs 2-2.5 crore price band, said Mr Avinash Prabhu, Managing Director, Skyline Group.

The project would see SPV-level funding from Indiareit.
