Era Infra Engineering Ltd, an integrated infrastructure development company with pan-India presence, has been awarded contracts worth Rs 785.23 crore during Q2 FY2008-09. Further, KMB-ERA (JV), (an AOP) formed by the company in association with KYIVMETROBUD, Ukraine, has bagged a contract valued at Rs 129.65 crore approximately for construction of a New Expandable Modular Integrated Terminal Building at Raipur airport.

Provogue (India) Limited has informed that LTG International Limited, promoted by Lewis Trust Group (UK), has entered into an agreement to invest Rs 56.97 crore for a 3.36 per cent stake in a step-down subsidiary of Prozone Enterprises Pvt Ltd (Prozone-Liberty).This downstream subsidiary of Prozone-Liberty holds stake in four projects being developed in Aurangabad, Indore, Nagpur and Jaipur covering over approximately 16 million sqft. .

Pyramid Saimira Theatre Limited has said that Aurona Technologies, the gaming division of the Pyramid Saimira Group, has won a game art contract from Deep Silver, an Austrian developer and publisher. According to the agreement, Aurona Technologies will develop Ride to Hell, a game based on the biker gangs prevalent in the US in the 1960s.

Sadbhav Engineering Ltd has been awarded the project for construction of cement concrete pavement and allied works within Surat worth Rs 54.38 crore by Surat Municipal Corporation. It has also won order from Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation worth Rs 165.54 crore in joint venture with GKC Projects Ltd, Hyderabad.

Thermax Ltd has won a Rs 450-crore order for setting up a captive power plant. The 60-MW power plant will be built and commissioned on a turnkey basis for a greenfield integrated steel complex in Andhra Pradesh. The plant will use process gases and blended coal as fuel.

Titan Industries Ltd has said that the scheme of amalgamation of subsidiary companies Samrat Holdings Ltd and Questar Investments Ltd with the company has been approved by Bombay High Court.
