Global Shippers’ Forum, at its meeting held recently at Montreal, Canada, nominated Mr R. Venkatesan, Vice-President of Western India Shippers Association (WISA), as the convenor of its Indian sub-continent region. Earlier, Mr Venkatesan was nominated by the Asian Shippers Council as the co-convenor to represent the Indian sub-continent shippers on the council, according to a press release issued by WISA. —
