Idhasoft acquires Enterpulse stake

Mumbai, Oct. 9

City-based IT company Idhasoft said it has paid about $12 million for acquiring 100 per cent stake in Enterpulse, a US-based company providing business process management-related consulting services. This acquisition will enable Idhasoft to consolidate its service offerings in content management and the BPM space, Mr Ramesh Subramaniam, Managing Director, Idhasoft Ltd, said. According to a statement issued by Idhasoft, this is its 26th acquisition since inception. Idhaso ft is a company providing IT services in the retail banking, financial services, insurance, manufacturing and healthcare domains. —
