Shagun Jewels to offer lightweight jewellery

Our Bureau

Hyderabad, Oct. 10 Shagun Jewels, the retail outlet of Asian Star, has launched a range of lightweight jewellery.

A release from the company said that the new range was being launched as the era of big, heavy jewellery sets is waning due to record gold prices.

“Consumers are now seeking affordable jewellery and sophisticated simplicity is the buzzword,” it added.

“Our designers have created more open-work jewellery, so that the new range is lighter and more delicate than ever before,” said Mr Priyanshu Shah, Executive Director of Asian Star, who was quoted in the release.

The company is offering over 200 designs to choose from, which are priced between Rs 1,25,000 and Rs 2,50,000 for a set.
