Indian Terrain to expand

Hyderabad, Oct. 10

Indian Terrain, a division of Celebrity Fashions Ltd and a premium men's apparel brand, is looking at expanding its retail presence by taking the total number of stores to 50 from the current 30 in the next 24 months. "Half of the new outlets will come up in the Metros, while the rest in Tier-II and III cities. Also 50 per cent of the new stores will be company owned and operated while the rest will be on a franchisee model," Mr Charath Narsimhan, Chief Executive Offer of Indian Terrain, told reporters after the launch of the company's first retail outlet in the city. He added that the company has earmarked an investment of Rs 6-8 crore for setting up the new company operated outlets. - Our Bureau
