Vasudeva Rao, Executive Director, BHEL (Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited). Customer CommitmentSpeaking after inaugurating the Customer Meet of Mishra Dhatu Nigam Limited (Midhani), he said that the company had a wealth of technological experience and expertise, however, there was a need for reducing cycle time and adhere to commitments given to customers. A release from the company said the one-day meet was attended by over 100 delegates representing various sectors of Indian industry including ISRO, OFB, BARC, DRDO, Navy, HAL, NPCIL, BHEL, L&T, Godrej Boyce among others. The release added that the prime objective of the meet was to reinforce Midhani’s commitment towards indigenisation of special metals and alloys development and to assess customer satisfaction on the product quality, delivery, pricing and after sales service.
