Hyderabad, Oct. 14

VST Industries Ltd has set up a separate division to offer consultancy for the implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and SAP. “SAP is a niche area and VST gathered considerable business process knowledge over a period of time which can be shared with others. At present VST has two customers, Hindustan Sanitary Ware and Priya Foods under its IT and consultancy division. ``We could get them from majors like IBM and Wipro. The customer base will be expanded soon,” he said. The Hyderabad-based company, whose core business is cigarette manufacturing, is currently talking to some oil, construction and cement companies for offering SAP consultancy, Mr Nemani said
