GTL consolidated net up 40%

Mumbai, Oct. 16

Network services provider GTL Ltd has reported a 40-per cent rise in consolidated net profit for the quarter ended September 30 to Rs 42.36 crore as against Rs 30.20 crore in the same quarter a year ago. Consolidated revenue from operations was up by 25 per cent to Rs 492.44 crores (Rs 393.63 crores). The total manpower stood at 5,647 as on September 30, said a news release from the company. The scrip was up by 0.15 per cent to close at Rs 179.75 on the BSE on Thursday. - Our Bureau
