R Systems International buyback to open on Oct 29

New Delhi, Oct. 17 R Systems International on Friday announced that its buyback offer would commence on October 29. It had earlier stated that the buyback offer would involve 5.33 lakh-13.06 lakh shares from the open market, at up to Rs 150 a share.

On September 7, 2008, the board had approved the buyback plan which represents 4.7 per cent of the aggregate of the total paid-up equity capital and free reserves as on June 30, 2008.

Avendus Capital Pvt Ltd is the manager, the company said in a notice to BSE.
