Mr Rajnish Kaul has been appointed as the new Chief Operating Officer (COO), Mobile Services for the Andhra Pradesh Circle by Bharti Airtel Ltd. Prior to this, Mr Kaul was the Chief Marketing Officer (Mobility) for south hub of the company, according to a press release.
