‘Gujarat Industrial Facilitation Act’ soon

Chennai, Oct. 21 The Gujarat Government will soon bring in a legislation titled Gujarat Industrial Facilitation Act, the State’s Minister for Industries, Mines, Minerals, Planning, Finance, Energy and Petrochemicals, Mr Saurabh Patel, said here today.

Mr Patel maintained that the Tata Motors’ project for the Nano cars was given all clearances and required land within 10 days of receiving application.
