New GPS tool

New Delhi, Oct. 22 MapmyIndia, has announced a new GPS and map solutions that claims to make travel in India safer. iNav, a GPS-based application for mobile phones, transmits one’s location over mobile phone anywhere in India.

The company also announced two new navigators for cars and also released a SMS service that allows anyone with a mobile phone to access driving directions and local business information anywhere across India.

MapmyIndia is working with car manufacturers to make GPS navigation available with as many cars and models in India.
