Suven Life profit jumps

Hyderabad, Nov. 1 Suven Life Sciences Ltd’s net profit more than doubled at Rs 4.83 crore in the second quarter ended September 30, 2008 compared with to Rs 1.16 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. Total revenue increased 31 per cent at Rs 39.13 crore (Rs 29.90 crore), according to a release. The earnings per share stood at Rs 0.42 (Rs 0.10).
