Crossings Infra plans 2 commercial projects in Delhi region

New Delhi, Nov. 3 Crossings Infrastructure, a special purpose vehicle promoted by seven real estate companies to develop 360 acre-integrated township project ‘Crossings Republik’ in Delhi NCR, on Monday announced two commercial projects — Crossings City Center and Crossings Galleria.

Together the two projects would involve an investment of Rs 200-250 crore, to be funded through internal accruals and customer bookings.

The Crossings City Centre is being positioned as the commercial hub of Crossings Republik, and would have 600 showrooms spread across an area of one million sq ft. “Crossings City Center will have atriums, food courts, a multiplex, office towers and hyper markets, and we expect it to be completed in 24 months,” Mr Sanjeev Srivastva, Director, Crossings Infrastructure, said at a conference.

Crossings Galeria, a neighbourhood shopping mall would house 100 shops spread across 35,000 sq ft, an office space spread across 6,200 sq ft, besides a food court and a shopping arcade. This project is expected to be completed within 18 months.

The company said it is in advanced stages of tying-up with brands such as Titan Industries Limited, Provogue, Apple, Zodiac, Biba Apparels, Meena Bazar, Raymonds Limited, Adidas, Reebok, and Reliance Retail amongst others.

Mr Manoj Gaur, Director, Crossings Infrastructure said, “Overall, the township will have more than 30 million sq ft of built-up residential area and 2 million sq ft of commercial area comprising hotels, multiplexes, malls, service apartments, office complex, and community facilities.”

Crossings Infrastructure has been promoted by real estate developers Ajnara Farms & Services, Assotech, Gaursons India, Mahagun Developers, Panchsheel Promoters, Paramount Residency, and Supertech.
