Maytas Infra bags JSW order

Hyderabad, Nov. 4

Maytas Infra on Tuesday announced it has bagged a Rs 39-crore order from South West Infrastructure Pvt Ltd, a group company of Jindal Steel Works (JSW), for development of a township. This is Maytas Infra’s second order from JSW and involves construction of township for the employees of JSW Power Project coming up near Ratnagiri district of Maharashtra, spread over 11,000 sq metres. In the new order, Maytas has been mandated to construct two and three-bedroom flats a nd 96 hostel units. The order excludes cost of steel and cement and is to be completed within 12-14 months. The Chief Executive Officer of Maytas Infra, Mr P.K. Madhav, in a statement said “We are glad to have bagged this order from JSW again. The fact that clients are coming back to us for all their infrastructure needs is a tribute to Maytas’s focus on delighting its clients.” The Hyderabad-based company employs about 3,100 professionals and is rated amongst the fastest growing construction company in the country.
