KNR Constructions has reported net sales income of Rs 126.60 crore with a profit of Rs 8.61 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2008. This being the first year of the company, it has provided interim financial results for the quarter. Hence, comparative financial figures have not been included. Net sales for six-month ended September 30, were Rs 296.55 crore with a profit of Rs 18.7 crore. The Executive Director of KNR Constuctions, Mr Jalandhar Reddy, in a s tatement said the growth was due to continued focus on the road and construction sectors.
