Binani Ind plans buyback

Mumbai, Nov 10

In a bid to stem the sharp fall in share prices, Binani Industries plans to consider a share buyback. The board meeting of the company will be held on November 18, inter alia, to consider buyback of shares, amendment to Articles of Association and to fix the date and time for convening an extraordinary general meeting of the company, the company said in a BSE announcement. Binani Industries’ share closed unchanged at Rs 31 after touching an intra-day high of Rs 35 on Monday. —
