Jubilant acquires Canadian co

New Delhi, Nov. 17

Jubilant Organosis has acquired Canada-based TrialStat Clynical Analytics for a consideration of Canadian dollar 7.5 lakh. The acquisition has been made by Jubilant’s New Jersey-based subsidiary, Clinsys Clinical Research Inc, the company said in a release. TrialStat is a web-based electronic data capture (EDC) solution currently used by a wide range of pharmaceutical and contract research organisations globally. TrialStat is the industry’s first platform to al low all aspects of a study to be configured, deployed and managed through a browser interface, enabling customers to start their studies quickly and cost effectively. In a joint statement on the acquisition, the company Chairman and Managing Director, Mr Shyam Bhartia, and the Co-Chairman and Managing Director, Mr Hari Bhartia, said “the addition of TrialStat and its proven EDC offering will allow Clinsys to continue to expand its integrated solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device organisations.”
