Flock of migratory birds fly across a wetland in Hokersar, north of Srinagar, on Thursday. More than 4 lakh migratory birds, including shovellers, common teals, graylag geese, gadwalls, kingfishers, mallards, and coots, flew down in the wetlands of the troubled Kashmir region from Central Asia and Siberia.
