Indian realty expo in Dubai

Mumbai, Nov. 21 The Maharashtra Chamber of Housing Industry will showcase properties of leading builders from across India at Dubai during November 27-29.

Twenty-five developers are expected to participate at India realty expo 2008 to be held at the Renaissance hotel, Deira, in Dubai.

The objective of the expo, organised by MCHI, is to provide a platform to Indian developers to showcase their projects and offer NRI investors an opportunity to look at housing and commercial options available in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Goa, Nagpur and other cities.

Those participating in the expo include realty majors such as Tata Housing, Godrej Properties, Hiranandani, Kalpa-Taru, Sunil Mantri Realty, Kanakia Spaces, Rustomjee, Nahar Builders, Neelkanth Mansions and Nirmal Lifestyle, besides housing finance companies such as HDFC.
