Seminar on solar energy

Towards propagation of widespread use of solar energy and the challenges before financial institutions in effective implementation of the same, the Dharwad-headquartered Karnataka Vikas Grameena Bank (KVGB) will conduct a seminar on ‘Solar energy and financial institutions: Prospects and challenges’ in Dharwad on November 26. A bank release said here KVGB had prepared a scheme for bank finance for solar lighting systems way back in 1994.
