Coimbatore, Nov. 25 Great Offshore Ltd has chartered two vessels to Petroleum Marine Services Co, Egypt, and they have commenced operations in the Khafji Oilfields for Saudi Aramco under one-year firm charter with option for two more extensions. The aggregate value of the one-year charter is around $22 million.

KEI Industries Limited has started commercial production at its manufacturing facility at Bhiwadi (Rajasthan), adjacent to its existing plant. This facility has annual production capacity of 7,000 km of LT Power Cable and will generate annual turnover of Rs 100 crore to Rs 150 crore. With this the company has completed its expansion, modernisation and upgradation of LT Power Cables at Bhiwadi.

Oudh Sugar Mills Ltd has fixed January 15, 2009, as the last date for payment of first and final call money of Rs 30 an equity share (Rs 25 towards premium and Rs 5 towards face value) for 39,98,240 shares of the company of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 50 an equity share allotted as rights shares.
