Bangalore, Nov. 30 Follow a ‘corporate mantra’ – relate to the people at personal level, was what Mr Ashok Soota, Chairman and Managing Director, MindTree Ltd, advised B-school interns, at the decennial year celebrations of the RV Institute of Management, Bangalore, held on Sunday.

He citied the examples of Toyota and Mr N.R. Narayana Murthy, Chief Mentor, Infosys Technologies.

Inaugurating the celebrations, Mr Soota advised the students to face life “with a lot of determination, proactiveness and a strong result-oriented approach”.

Dr Gopal Mahapatra, Director-Organisation and Talent Development, Oracle (India) Ltd, said that students should go beyond intelligence quotient, emotional quotient and spiritual quotient.

A leader, he said, “is one who can see things which cannot be seen by others and can hear the vibrations which cannot be felt by a common person”.
