Panel shortlists 2 names for SAT

Mumbai, Dec. 3 After a meeting of the Government-appointed Search Committee, two names have been short listed for the post of Member in Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT). But now the Government has decided to call for an interview to make the final selection.

It is learnt the Search Committee has shortlisted Mr P.K. Mishra, former Chairman of Central Board of Direct Taxes, and Mr Shyam Sunder, Chief General Manager of RBI.
