Coimbatore, Dec. 3 Sanghi Industries Ltd has said that a petition u/s 397, 402, 403 and other relevant provisions of the Companies Act has been filed with the Company Law Board-Chennai Bench by Mr Ravi Sanghi and Mr Gireesh Sanghi in which Sanghi Industries Ltd is a proforma party, the interim relief includes removal of Mr Anand Prakash Sanghi and Mr Sudhir Sanghi from Directorship of Sanghi Industries and restraining other 8 respondents from transferring or dealing with or alienating any shares of Sanghi Industries Ltd.
