New Delhi, Dec. 6

Kingfisher Airlines, its 100 per cent subsidiary, Kingfisher Red and the Delhi-based low cost airline IndiGo have all reduced the fuel surcharge. From now, a passenger in Kingfisher Red will pay a fuel surcharge of Rs 1,950 for flights below 750 km and Rs 2,700 for longer flights. Kingfisher Airlines has reduced the fuel surcharge b y Rs 400. Air India, Jet Airways and JetLite have already announced similar reduction in the fuel surcharge.
