Coir States - Kerala New Chairman for Coir Board Kochi, Dec. 7 Mr V.S. Vijayaraghavan, former MP, has taken charge as the 24th Chairman of the Coir Board at a simple ceremony at Coir Board’s headquarters in Kochi. Mr Vijayaraghavan becomes the second non-official Chairman of the Coir Board.
