War on terror

A Chinese strategist, Sun Tzu, states that the best way of winning is to win without fighting. If terrorists are made to realise that every time India is attacked, it becomes stronger, they will lose the motive to attack.

The strategy should be to do the opposite of what the enemy wants us to do. It is hoped that our political leaders understand that the war on terrorism must be won at all costs.
