Private investigations and security company Globe Detective Agency has signed a 50:50 joint venture with Singapore’s Mainguard International to tap markets overseas market. The company, Globe Mainguard Alliance Pvt Ltd, will offer its expertise in markets such as Australia, China, Vietnam, Korea and Malaysia. “The company will provide services in the areas of pre-employment screening, corporate investigation to analyse a company’s ownership, financial sta tus of directors, court searches besides undertaking forensic accounting services, insurance claims verification, business feasibility studies and civil investigations,” Mr Sachit Kumar, Director Globe Detective Agency said. Mainguard International is a licensed company engaged in providing corporate and personal investigations in the Asia-Pacific Region. The three business verticals that Globe Detective focuses on are private investigations, industrial security and security systems. —
