The options could include filing of review petition, Lanco Infra informed BSE. Lanco Kondapalli Power, in consortium with Lanco Infratech Ltd and Pembinaan Redzai Sdn Bhd, Malaysia (Lanco Consortium), were declared as the successful bidder by the Kerala Government for development of International Deepwater Seaport and Container Transshipment Terminal at Vizhinjam. However, Zoom Developers, one of the disqualified bidders, had filed a petition before the Kerala High Court challenging its disqualification for the bid.
