Coimbatore, Dec. 8 City Union Bank Ltd’s board of directors has made a grant of 2,25,00,000 stock options in aggregate to the employees of the bank with varied vesting and exercise period.

Idea Cellular Ltd has informed that WPC Wing of the Department of Telecommunications has allotted 4.4 MHz Spectrum in 1,800 MHz band in respect of Kolkata Metro Service Area.

Ultramarine & Pigments Ltd, due to serious power problems faced by the company at its HDPE plant located at Ambattur, Tamil Nadu, is to shutdown the plant with immediate effect. The shutdown will continue till the power problem persists.

Unitech Ltd has informed that the Department of Telecommunications issued the letter to the company’s telecom subsidiaries for allotment of 4.4 MHz of spectrum in 1,800 MHz GSM band in respect of Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Kolkata service areas. With this, the company has been allotted initial spectrum in 16 service areas out of total 22 service areas.
