Sasken board meeting on Dec 15

Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd said in a notice to the BSE that the next meeting of the board of directors would be held on December 15 to consider the creation of a business restructuring reserve from the reserves and surplus of the company. The company declined to comment on the size of the reserve. Ms Neeta Revankar, Chief Financial Officer, said, “We will have to wait for the board meeting. Our board has a very independent feel. So I will be able to share any numbers before the meeting.” —
