Tata Steel gets CII-ITC award

Kolkata, Dec. 15

Tata Steel has been felicitated with CII-ITC Sustainability Award 2008, according to a release issued by the company. The company bagged the award among large business organisations. Tata Steel has been receiving the Sustainability Prize since the inception of the award in 2006 by CII-ITC Centre of Excellence for Sustainable Development. The Sustainability Prize for 2008 was received by Mr Ajay Sahay, Resident Executive of Tata Steel, on behalf of Mr B. Muthuraman, Managing Director, at a function in New Delhi recently, the release added.
