New Chairman for Grey Asia Pacific

Chennai, Dec. 15 Grey Group, part of the advertising giant WPP, will soon have a new Chairman and CEO for its Asia Pacific region. Mr Nirvik Singh will take over the Chairman and CEO and will be responsible for Grey and G2 in the region from January 1, 2009.

Mr Singh succeeds Mr Mike Amour who was with the group and held the top position in the region since 2005. Mr Singh was the Chairman and CEO of Grey Group South/South East Asia since 2005 and CEO of G2 Asia Pacific since 2007.

Announcing the change, Mr Jim Heekin, Chairman and CEO of Grey Group, said, “Together Mike and Nirvik have accelerated the group’s performance in 17 Asian markets and created a foundation for our growth.”
