Union Bank counter is now branch

Visakhapatnam, Dec. 15

Union Bank of India upgraded its extension counter in Dr V.S. Krishna Government College here into a full-fledged, fully computerised branch and it was inaugurated on Monday by the College Principal, Mr E. Sasibhushana Rao. Mr M.C. Joshi, Regional Manager, said it was the 13th in the city and the forty-first in the region, comprising the four districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam and East Godavari. He added that the branch, with core banking solutions, would be of use to the nearby areas. —
