SMS Pharma declares dividend

Hyderabad, Dec. 29

SMS Pharmaceuticals Ltd has declared a dividend of Rs 2 an equity share or 20 per cent on equity shares of Rs 10 each for the year ended March 31, 2008. A decision to this effect was taken at the 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Hyderabad-based company held on Monday, the company informed BSE. —
