Events Seminar on cyber security Ahmedabad, Jan. 1 A one-day seminar on `Cyber Security - Need of the hour' will be organised here on January 3 jointly by the Ahmedabad Management Association (AMA) and The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) to create awareness about checking cyber crimes. The AMA President, Mr Janak Parikh, and TiE President Mr Chirag Mehta said that with even terrorists using Internet, telephony and cyber technology, this subject has assumed greater importance. Among the experts participating in the seminar are Mr Paul Gollamudi of Symantec India; Mr Navin Agrawal, Executive Director, Advisory Services, KPMG; Mr J.M. Vyas, Director, Forensic Science Laboratory (FSL), Gandhinagar, and Mr Pavan Duggal, Supreme Court lawyer and expert on cyber laws.
