Mr Teja Raju of Maytas Infra will hold additional office of CEO during the absence of Mr P.K. Madhav, a statement from company said today. Mr Teja Raju is at present the Vice-Chairman of listed entity Maytas Infra. He is the son of Mr B. Ramalinga Raju, promoter-Chairman of Satyam Computer Services. Both the firms along with Maytas Properties, an unlisted entity, have been promoted by the Rajus. This move follows the absence of Chief Executive Officer of Maytas Infra, now in custody for allegedly defaulting payments of deposits made in Nagarjuna Finance Ltd, then part of the Hyderabad-based Nagarjuna Group.
