Petrotech-2009, an international oil and gas biennial conference, will see 13 overseas, 273 exhibitors and about 4,000 speakers in its eight edition to be held in New Delhi from January 11 to 15. It is being organised by Indian Oil Corporation under the aegis of the Ministry for Petroleum and Natural Gas. Petrotech has been showcasing the Indian hydrocarbon industry to the world since 1995. Petrotech has transformed into a biennial platform for the global hydrocarbon indus try to deliberate and exchange ideas on petroleum economics, security, sustainability and environmental concerns, emerging technologies and processes and chart new directions for the industry. —
