T. Karthikeyan is ICAI secretary

New Delhi, Jan. 5

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has a new Secretary in Mr T. Karthikeyan. Prior to this elevation, he was a director in the institute and also the acting Secretary of ICAI, after the erstwhile Secretary, Mr Ashok Haldia, moved to PTC India Financial Services in August 2008. Mr Karthikeyan has been with ICAI for over three decdades. During this period, he had served the institute in different capacities in the departments of technical directorate, examinations and board of studies besides involving in council affairs, disciplinary and HRD activities. - Our Bureau
