Our Bureau Hyderabad, Jan. 6 Mr Vinod K Dham, the former independent director on the Board of Satyam Computer Services quit because he was irked by lack of relevant information in a timely manner. “This has made it difficult for me to discharge my duties effectively as an independent Board member going forward,” Mr Dham told Business Line. Answering queries on his decision to quit the board through e-mail, Mr Dham, the father of Pentium chip and Founder and Executive Managing Partner of NEA-IndoUS Ventures, said that “inadequate communication by the company and new issues arising from dilution of the promoter’s stake in the company” are the other reasons for his decision to resign.
