Regulatory Bodies & Rulings States - Karnataka Our Bureau Visakhapatnam, Jan. 7 The performance of the regulatory agency SEBI leaves a lot to be desired and “its failure” is very evident in the Satyam affair, said Mr E.A.S. Sarma, former Energy Secretary and retired IAS official.
