Dewan Housing cuts rates

Mumbai, Jan. 7

Housing finance company Dewan Housing Finance Corporation Limited announced a reduction in interest rates for both its new and existing customers. DHFL will offer home loans starting at 9.75 per cent variable interest rate for loans below Rs. 20 lakh and 11.25 per cent variable interest rate for those above Rs 20 lakh with immediate effect. For the existing customers, the rates will be reduced by 25 basis points, the company said. - Our Bureau
