Rashtriya Chem net up 14%

Mumbai, Feb. 1

Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilisers Ltd reported a 14 per cent rise in its net profit for the quarter ended December 31, 2008 at Rs 68.78 crore, against Rs 60.12 crore in the corresponding quarter of the last fiscal. Its total income for the quarter touched Rs 2,333.69 crore against Rs 1,404.25 crore in the year-ago period. - Our Bureau
