Hyderabad, Feb. 2

Megasoft Ltd has announced that two directors – Prof. S Sadagopan and Mr L S Venktaramanan – have resigned from the company’s board. While Prof. Sadagopan resigned for personal reasons, Mr Venktaramanan quit after completing nine years as an independent director, the company informed the exchanges. It also said the board appointed Mr Anish Mathew and Mr R Janardhana Reddy as additional directors. The audit committee of the board was reconstituted with Mr R Janardhana Reddy, Mr Anish Mathew, Mr Anil K Sood and Mr P Mukunda Reddy as members. The compensation committee would have Mr Sood, Mr Mathew, Mr Janardhana Reddy and Mr Mukunda Reddy as members, the company said.
