Areva T&D gets Rs 60-cr deal

New Delhi, March 4 Electrical equipment maker Areva T&D India on Wednesday said it has bagged a contract for supply of hybrid gas-insulated substation worth Rs 60 crore to Rajasthan Rajya Vidut Prasaran Nigam Ltd.

Areva T&D India will design, engineer, supply, erect and commission on turnkey basis, the hybrid gas-insulated sub-station for the Indira Gandhi Nagar sub-station (Jagatpura) at Jaipur, the company said in a statement.
