India Nippon director resigns

Chennai, April 1

India Nippon Electricals Ltd (INEL), the joint venture between Lucas Indian Service Ltd (a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lucas-TVS Ltd) and Kokusan Denki of Japan, has informed the BSE that Mr Arvind Balaji, Director, has resigned from the board on March 26. It is learnt from company sources that the resignation was "primarily to comply with SEBI regulation in terms of composition of INEL members". - Our Bureau
